Conceptual Postcard
I leave postcards places in order to incite conversations.  I think it’s important to talk with each other about some of the underlying struggles that are often disregarded. Although painful, we must acknowledge the harm caused by our western, individualistic ways of living and thinking, harm done to others and to ourselves, mundane and overt harm. If we continue to ignore it, the harm will continue. If you’ve come across this postcard, examine it. Think about it. What do the elements in the image point to? What are they trying to say? Can you relate? Ask yourself. Ask the one beside you. Talk about it.
